When you purchase your equipment at Gibson’s, be assured that our Gibson team is there for you with any problems you may have. The service we offer you doesn’t end on the day of purchase. Our service department has factory trained technicians that will help you with any problems that your equipment may encounter. Best of all, you don’t have to worry about sending away any warranty covered equipment as we fix our warranty equipment on-site.
Our service isn’t limited to only warranty covered equipment as we can service most major brands. As part of our service commitment to you, we offer 90 day warranty on all of the work we do. Contact us today for current rates and any other inquiries you may have.
If you can’t bring your item to us, or the problem is with your whole system, we’re happy to have our Technician(s) come to you!
Although most electronics cannot be repaired in-home, we have crews available to bring your electronic items into our shop for service, and to return and reconnect them when we’re done. We may even have loaner products available to keep you running while we are doing any required repairs.
Having trouble setting up your new system, even if it was purchased elsewhere we can usually help by sending one or more of our CEDIA Certified Installers to your home.
